Er Vakum Plastik Form and Packaging started PET/PP sheet production in 2022 to meet its own sheet needs and to offer quality products to the packaging industry. Our company has taken a big step towards increasing its quality standards by taking the sheet production under its own structure.
With our 2 PET / PP sheet lines, we produce sheets with a capacity of approximately 10.000 tons / year, with thicknesses between 0,13 mm -1,2 mm and widths between 150 mm and 1400 mm. We serve our customers with transparent, black, white and other color options as well as silicone, antiblock and antifog additive products.
What is PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)?
PET stands for polyethylene terephthalate, the chemical name for polyester.
It is a thermoplastic polymer resin from the polyester family of resins, abbreviated as PET or PETE. In its pure form, PET is a colorless, semi-crystalline resin, rigid and has high impact strength.
PET has properties such as high transparency, light weight, mechanical barrier and excellent gas barrier.
Widely used in many products today, PET is the most widely recycled plastic in the world and can be recycled over and over again. With 100% recycled PET, a PET container can be produced again and again.
PET is approved by the FDA and health safety organizations worldwide as safe for contact with food and beverages. The safety of PET material for food, beverage, pharmaceutical and medical applications has been proven time and again through extensive studies, regulatory approvals and testing over more than 30 years.

High Durability: Strong against impacts, cracking and breakage.
Transparency and Gloss: Offers high gloss and smoothness, providing a clear image.
Chemical Resistance: Resistant to acids and bases. Resistant to oil, alcohol and some solvents. Provides long-term stability against environmental factors.
Processability and Ease of Application: Can be processed by thermoforming vacuum forming. Ideal for laser cutting, UV, flexo and digital printing. Suitable for lamination and coating.
Recyclability and Environmental Compliance: Fully recyclable. Suitable for contact with food. (FDA, EFSA approved.) Suitable for sustainable production with low carbon footprint.
